Friday nights belong to the 3G. Westmeadow 3G runs an open five-a-side session with a neutral referee, bibs and music on the PA — just turn up, join a team and play.

Slots are 40 minutes on the full-size cage. Arrive by 18:45 to warm up; the bar kiosk is open until the last whistle.
